When a customer would want/need a high-cycle spring:
• Gate is installed on the ground level (and therefore is used much more frequently and/or more harshly than a standard gate installed for fall protection at an elevated platform)
– Pedestrian access or crowd control, including walkways, forklift crossing and railway crossing
• Gate is installed in a high traffic area
– Ladder access to a frequently used platform or directional control in a stairwell
